On November 28th Novice LL4
hosted the Twin Centre Stars.
Grant Smith was back in goal for this game. The entire team played very well, displaying impressive teamwork throughout the game. With help from his defense, and some impressive saves of his own, Grant got his first shut-out of the year!
Braydon Hall scored the first goal in the first period. In the third period with just a few minutes left in the game, Twin Centre Stars took a gamble and pulled their goalie to put an extra player on the ice. This did not pay off, as Braydon Hall quickly took this opportunity to score on the empty net. Very shortly after, Maxx Vanoosteveen scored on a rebound that the opposing goalie couldn’t quite get a hold of. The final score was 3-0 for Ayr Flames. Great game, team!
