Jan. 30 - PLAYOFF GAME vs. Woolwich Wildcats #2
What a weekend LL #3 has had, we played two games against
Woolwich Wildcats LL #2 and they were worthy opponents! The first game was
played on Saturday January 30th with the Flames visiting the
Wildcats in St. Jacobs.
The whole game was full of amazing saves by Deacon, who knew when to cover the puck and knew when to let the play continue. In the first period the Flames played hard and kept the Wildcats goalie on his toes. Samay was able to score our first goal of the game with an assist by Hoch. The Flames made great passes through out the whole game and defense was on fire! The second period showed more great teamwork by the Flames. The Wildcats were able to score with 38 seconds left in the period and the period ended tied 1-1. The third period was an intense one, but our boys kept making great passes, fought hard for the puck, and in the end Aoun was able to make an unassisted goal to end the game 2-1 for the Flames.
