Novice Rep - Week of Oct 28 to Nov 3
After the successful fundraiser, the team hosted Port Dover at the NDCC and came away with a 4-1 win.

Mark Zeyen opened up the scoring in the second period, assisted by Brielle Dugal.  Carter Wright followed up with a second goal, unassisted.  Scott Hall quickly rushed in for the third goal of the night.  James Sayles solidified the win with goal #4 (assisted by Jack Whibbs) and only 40 seconds left in the third period.  Next, the team traveled to Aylmer for some exciting Friday night hockey and a 6-3 win.  Mark Zeyen and Carter Wright were on fire that night, each scoring two unassisted goals.  Kaelan McDougald was everywhere, forechecking, stealing and interfering with Aylmer's offence and defence.   Brielle Dugal persevered at the net, resulting in the teams fifth goal, also unassisted.  James Sayles fought near the end once again, scoring the 6th and final goal with 12 seconds left in the third period, assisted by Jack Whibbs.  Braydon Woznica was on fire in net, especially in the last two minutes of play in the third period as Aylmer pushed to gain some ground.  Sunday, the team traveled nearby to Plattsville for the last game of the week and the Flames came away with another win (9-0).  Austin Brodhaecker opened up the scoring in the first period with an assist by Jesse Janzen and Liam Foreman.  Brodhaecker didn't stop at one, scoring another in the first (assisted by Jesse Janzen), and two more in the 3rd (assisted by William Graff and unassisted) bringing the total goals to a hat trick plus 1 to spare.  Simon De Sousa was a spit fire, bringing it up the ice and shooting hard, for an unassisted goal.  Mark Zeyen quickly followed up with another goal, assisted by Brielle Dugal and Carter Wright.  Christopher Cotter scored the only goal in the second period, assisted by James Sayles.  Mark Zeyen opened up the scoring in the third period, assisted by Brielle Dugal.  Jesse Janzen, after helping Brodhaecker out in the first period, had a hard shot on net, scoring the last goal of the game (assisted by Brielle Dugal and William Graff).  As he always is, Nate Sherk was once again stellar in net, when Plattsville had a shot.  Overall, an amazing week for the team.  The rep team plays Tuesdays, 6 pm at the NDCC so come on out and cheer them on.
