This past Saturday, the Novice 2 team battled it out
versus the Ayr Novice 1. The action was intense and the boys had to work
together and play hard to get ahead as Novice 1 opened the score early in the
first.
Their efforts were rewarded as DJ Ross assisted Hudson Maycock to tie it up.
The Novice 2 boys kept the momentum going against these determined opponents who were playing as powerful as we have been up against this year. Hudson Maycock answered his first goal with another and then another, both unassisted beauties. Novice 1 continued to battle hard against the Novice 2 defense and was able to score again. Scoring ended with the final goal of the game scored by DJ Ross assisted by Cole Hansen making the final 4-2 in favour of Novice 2. It was a great game between both teams and even more so in part because it was a game between friends. Go Flames Go!
