The Novice LL2 wrapped up the playdowns this weekend
with a duo of games verses the Beverly Bandits
On Saturday morning, the result was a commanding 5-1 win. This was followed by a tougher game on Sunday that wasn't helped by the fact that the Flames had a short bench. The game ended with a 3-3 tie which landed both Ayr and Beverly 1 tied in 1st place standings. Now, these two teams await the upcoming battle for the Grand River LL Championship.
