Midget Rep wins Wingham Silver Stick Regional
The Ayr Flames secured a spot in the North American International Silver Stick Finals by winning the Wingham Silver Stick Regional Qualifying Tournament on Sunday, November 23rd. The Tavistock Titans fell to Ayr 1-0 in a thrilling final for the tournament. The Ayr Flames were undefeated in the B1 Division round robin of the tournament with the following wins: 2-0 vs. Saugeen Shores last Sunday, 2-1 vs. Listowel on Thursday, and 3-2 vs. South Huron on Saturday. In the Sunday morning semifinal, Ayr defeated Mitchell 3-0 to qualify for the final in the afternoon.
The North American International Midget B Finals will be held January 9-11, 2015 in Forest, Ontario
