Hi Flame Families,
As your Head Coach, I want to wish each and every one of you the very best of luck as you hit the ice for tryouts with the U8MD Ayr Flames!
This is your chance to show us what you've got, and we couldn’t be more excited to see you play.
The coaching staff will be looking for three key things during tryouts:
Skill – Show us how you've been working on your skating, passing, shooting, and puck control.
Coachability – We're looking for players who listen, learn, and are eager to improve.
Effort – Hustle every shift and give it your all. Heart and hard work matter just as much as talent!
Remember that it’s not about being perfect. It’s about trying your best, being a great teammate, and having fun out there.
Whether this is your first tryout or you’ve done this before, be proud of yourself for stepping up.
