Schedule & Results, Novice Rep, U9, 2013-2014 (Ayr Flames)

Both teams left the NDCC after this game feeling they missed a chance for a win.  The Flames made the most of their few opportunities at goal and twice held the lead while the Titans controlled the play and peppered the Ayr goal but needed a couple fortunate bounces to get the puck over the line.
Jack opened the scoring a minute and a half into the game for Ayr with a nice rush.  Despite some good Flames defensive play the Titans began to take over the game and held a big edge in possession.  A high flip from behind the net late in the second bounced in to level the score.  Mark banged in a rebound to put Ayr back in the lead in the third period but Tavi immediately evened the score on a wild melee in the Flames goal crease.  Nate was rock solid in net making 26 saves and keeping the score even.
