NOTICE TO ALL CURRENT and NEW MEMBERS

Current members please note when you click on the link below you will have to type in

the email address you set up last season, even if you have changed it.

New members will need to click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT.

Full registration must be completed online and payment received by July 1^st, 2012.  As of July 2^nd, 2012 a late fee of $60.00 per player will be added.  NO player will be allowed on the ice without payment being received in full to the AMHA Registrar.

Payment must be cash or cheque.  Cheques can be mailed to Ayr Minor Hockey, PO Box 1050, Ayr, ON, N0B 1E0 OR you will be able to drop off cash/cheques on Thursday, June 21^st  from 6:30pm till 8:00pm OR Tuesday, June 26^th  from 6:30 till 7:30pm to Colleen, Registrar at 15 Field Street, Ayr.

For multiple registrations in a family the following discount will be applied.  For 3 children in the same family 5% and for 4 or more children in the same family 10%.

**All new registrants MUST provide a photocopy of your child’s Birth Certificate at the time of registration regardless of age.  This is a must as per OMHA guidelines.  If we do not receive this, your child is deemed not to have fully registered and may not be allowed on the ice, this could also subject you to the $60.00 late fee.

**Return cheques will be subjected to a $25.00 NSF charge.  For any players pulling out at any time during the hockey season there will be an administration fee plus the loss of some or all registration fees paid as per AMHA policy.
