Meeting of the Ayr Minor Hockey Association is scheduled for the following time
and place. Monday May 26, 2025 at 7:30pm PLACE: North Dumfries Community Center, 2958
Greenfield Rd. Ayr - MacNeil Hall

NOTE - You must register by May 23th at 12pm to be able to attend!
If you are interested in any of the below positions or would like to nominate someone for a position, please contact the Secretary Heather Raby at [email protected] for more information, and/or included a completed Nomination form available on the website.
Members that wish to present business to the general meeting MUST submit the matter, in writing, to the Secretary of the Association on or before May 23th,2025 to the email above.
Members may submit nominations for candidates for the officers or directors of the Association. Nominations are to be in writing and filed with the Secretary of the Association on or before May 23th,2025.

All Members in good standing (2024-2025 season) are entitled to attend, participate and vote at the meeting. Only ONE vote per registered player is allowed.
PURPOSE OF MEETING:
- To review the financial statements for the year ended April 30th, 2024.
- Updating the By-Laws of Ayr Minor Hockey to align with the current needs of the association.
- To receive the report of the Directors to the members.
- To elect Board Members for the coming 2023-24 season.
- To conduct any other business that may properly be conducted by the members.
The following positions will be vacant at the end of the 2024-25 season:
Officer – President
Officer- Vice President of Admin
Director – Fundraising/Sponsorship
Director - Conflict Resolution
Director- Equipment
Director- Player Development
Local League Convenor
