New Regulations and Reminders on Vaccine Requirements
Submitted By AMHA Board on Tuesday, November 2, 2021
Remember as a Player or Volunteer in hockey, if you have not, submitted your proof of vaccination as of October 31st, 2021, you are suspended from all activity until proof is shown.

Further to that, as of November 4th, 2021, all Players, On-Ice Participants, Coaches, Officials, and Spectators age 12+, must show ID and proof of vaccination at the door.

All 12+ players, on-ice participants, coaches, officials, and volunteers must also show proof of ID and proof of vaccination. AMHA teams are still responsible for doing the contact tracing for their participants/teams and associated personnel.

Please see this important information and reminders below. They must be followed at all times.

Please always err on the side of caution and STAY HOME if you are unsure. You must answer "NO" to all the online screening questions, and check in with the Representative upon entering the arena.

If your child has been advised to isolate:

If your child has been advised to SELF ISOLATE by Public Health, please ensure your child DOES NOT attend hockey during the noted isolation period. Follow the guidelines from Public Health. It does not matter if you have a negative covid test.
Household Members, Please see the charts from Public Health and the OHF. They will help you understand if household members are allowed to enter the arena or play hockey.
