Registration Now Open for 2021-22 Season

AMHA Hockey Registration is open from July 14 to August 29th, for all age groups for the 2021/2022 season. As of right now, we are anticipating a regular season with the beginning of the year focusing on player development.

NOTICE TO ALL CURRENT and NEW MEMBERS

Current members please note that when you click on the link below for the first time, you MUST set up a NEW profile.  For security reasons, passwords could not be transferred during the upgrade from HCR2.0 to 3.0 by OMHA.  You will be sent a link with an access code. If it does not arrive to your inbox, please be sure to check your junk/spam. All member information DID transfer, so you should be able to find your player by using their HCR number or the search feature.  

If you are NEW TO TOWN and have previously played hockey with another center, please contact our Registrar 
beforeyou begin the process of registering for AMHA so that a member transfer can be initiated.

If you are NEW TO HOCKEY, the Registrar will need to setup a new Member profile for you – this is new, and is to help reduce duplicate profiles.  Please provide the following information:

-      First name

-      Last name

-      Date of Birth (yyyy-mm-dd)

-      Relation to registrant (ie, Mother, Father, Guardian, etc)

-      Email

-      Primary address of child (#, street name, city, province, postal code)

-      Copy or picture of the child’s birth certificate

Payments will be accepted via credit card at the time of registration on the Hockey Canada Registration site.

**All new registrants MUST provide a photocopy of your child’s Birth Certificate at the time of registration regardless of age.  This is a must as per OMHA guidelines.   If we do not receive this, your child is deemed not to have fully registered and will not be allowed on the ice.

Try outs will take place in late September/Early October. Please watch the website for more details.

**Please note that if payment is not received by Sept 3rd, your child will not be allowed to participate until full payment is made.

Refunds:

  • Before Sept 3rd, 2021 a full refund minus $50 administration fee can be made
  • Between Sept 3rd and the beginning of the season a refund minus $100 administration fee can be made
  • No refunds for Rep/AE tryout or Rep fees
  • Prorated refunds will be paid if the season needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19
