Ayr Flames and Ayr Rockets Go Purple
Submitted By Stephanie Mason on Thursday, November 21, 2019
This Friday and Saturday, November 22 and 23rd, The Ayr Flames and Ayr Rockets invite you to join us at the NDCC as we #GoPurple for #HockeyFightsCancer.

The event will kick off with a special puck drop before the 6pm Flames Atom Rep game vs. Simcoe and will continue through Saturday with players sporting purple tape, "I Fight For" signs for you to fill out and display, and a Cancer Warrior board for you to write tributes and share pictures.

A silent auction for a pair of Toronto Maple Leafs tickets in support of the cause will take place at the NDCC. As well, cash donations will be collected with proceeds to #HockeyFightsCancer.

"Together with the hockey family, we are a force-for-life in the face of cancer."
