Tyke Ayr Hockey Challenge in Dedication to Troy Generoux
Submitted By Stephanie Mason on Wednesday, March 20, 2019
Ayr Minor Hockey would like to extend a warm welcome to all teams participating in the annual Ayr Hockey Challenge taking place this weekend from Friday, March 22nd - Sunday, March 24th. From Tyke to Pee Wee, there will be 30 teams in attendance! This is a BIG weekend of hockey in Ayr.

We are happy to announce that this years Tyke tournament will be held in dedication to Troy Generoux.

With Troy's passing in March of last year, we lost a dedicated coach, beloved community member, neighbour & loyal friend. He is greatly missed by the countless people he touched in our hockey family and community. He was a really great guy.

A special dedication and moment of silence in Troy's memory will take place prior to the 9am Saturday game at the Queen Elizabeth Arena (Ayr Community Centre, 7 Church Street). We invite everyone to join us for this special event.
