ATOM REP-Rob Johnston Memorial Tournament Champs

With a full contribution from 14 eager, determined, and talented players the Atom Rep Flames came out on top this weekend.  This past weekend the Flames battled hard against some tough competition to win the Rob Johnston Memorial Tournament in Paris.




The A Division was Ayr, Waterford, Wallaceburg and Penetang. After 3 games including a comeback from 4-1 to tie Penetang the flames record of 2-0-1 was good for first and a spot in the semis. In the Semi Final the Flames took control of the game early to beat the Dunnville Mudcats 4-1 for a chance at a rematch with Penetang.The Ayr Flames got off to a slow start and found themselves down 1 early. Determined and hungry for the title the young Flames bounced back quickly and never looked back taking the final game by a score of 4-2. Congraulations to the players and coaches on a successful weekend.
