Notice of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TAKE NOTICE that the annual general meeting of members of the Ayr Minor Hockey Association will be held at the North Dumfries Community Complex, Event Room, Greenfield Road in Ayr, on Wednesday May 25th, 7:00PM.

With the purpose of:
a) receiving and considering the financial statements for the past fiscal year,together with the Treasurer's report;
b) electing members for the offices of President, Vice President of Hockey Operations, Vice President of Administration, Secretary and Treasurer;
c) electing Directors at Large
d) transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting

   Members that wish to present business to the general meeting must submit the matter, in writing, to the Secretary of the Association on or before May 20th,2016.
   Members may submit nominations for candidates for the officers or directors of the Association.  Nominations are to be in writing and filed with the Secretary of the Association on or before May 20th,2016.

   All Members in good Standing are entitled to attend, participate and vote at the meeting.
