2016-17 AMHA Coaching Applications

      Please find details regarding the application process for coaching in the upcoming 2016-17 AMHA season.  Below you will find the coaching application. 

    If you are interested in coaching next season, please fill out the application and submit it to the committee by April 23rd. Once we have complied all the applications, the AMHA coaches committee will touch base with you to set up an interview.   The committee is aiming to conduct interviews in early May.

SOME IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER

1) Please be advised that to process is open to ALL teams
                   For reference, we had the following teams in 2015-16 (we anticipate these teams to be very similar for next season)
                                               JR IP
                                               SR IP
                                               Novice- 1 Rep, 4 LL
                                               Atom- 1 Rep, 1 AE, 2 LL
                                               Peewee- 1 Rep, 1 AE, 2 LL
                                               Bantam- 1 Rep, 1 AE, 1 LL
                                               Midget- 1 Rep, 1 AE, 1 LL

2) Please have the application submitted by April 23rd,2016
3) Complete the application in full, to the best of your ability
