Tournament Date(s): Friday, February 14th through Sunday, February 16th, 2025
Registration Fee: $1,300.00 per team with a minimum 3 games guaranteed.
Preference to teams that also host Rep hockey in their centres.
There is no body checking in any age division.
Teams will only be considered confirmed once payment in full is received.

Refund Policy:
Should the tournament(s) be unable to be run due to government issued Covid-19 safety protocols,
a 100% refund will be issued to all teams.
If a team is unable to participate due to Covid-19 restrictions in their region, and proof is provided, a
100% refund will be issued.
Teams that register then wish to withdraw for reasons other than Covid-19, 60 days or closer to the
tournament date - provided a replacement team can be found - will be eligible for a refund, less a
25% fee. If a replacement team is not found, a refund will be issued less a 50% fee.
There are no refunds for teams that are disqualified from participating in the tournament for any
reason. Examples, but not limited to, are as follows: Unable to have enough players to play a game
under OMHA/OHF and Hockey Canada rules, coach or player suspensions, or injuries sustained
while participating, weather events.
