Notes
The Flames ventured out in the frigid evening to Plattsville looking to secure second place in the Southern County regular season. The Rage came out aggressive and put the Flames back on their heels for most of the first period. Dylan finally broke the deadlock on a nice shot early in the second. Tristan converted later in the period then Maryn chipped one home on a determined effort around the Plattsville net. Mathew stood tall and turned away the Rage at every opportunity including a nifty toe save on a breakaway.
Plattsville finally put one into the top of the net with 10 minutes left but Ben got it right back with a sizzling wrister from the top of the circle. With one game left the Flames have secured the no. 2 spot in their league heading into the playoffs.
