Submitted By Stephanie Mason on Wednesday, November 14, 2018
AMHA is seeking volunteers for the positions of Rep Convenor and Sponsorship Recruiter.

The Rep Convenor position requires:

  • To be the main point of contact for our Rep and AE team coaches. Support them to ensure a successful season.
  • Ensure game sheets are correct and mailed weekly to the respective league convenor. Track suspensions and ensure teams are in compliance with Hockey Canada, OHF, OMHA, and Southern Counties rules and regulations.
  • Attend monthly Southern County meetings.
  • Provide a monthly report on the REP and AE programs to the board.
  • Look for opportunities for improvement within the program.

Sponsorship Recruiter position requires:

  • Maintain regular communication with our current sponsors, as well as build new long-term relationships.
  • Look for opportunities for improvement and develop new programs regarding sponsorship of AMHA.
  • Work with the Executive and report monthly on the status of the program.

Volunteering with the AMHA is a rewarding experience and we welcome any interested parties to contact the AMHA President, Mike Thibeau @ [email protected]
